CCTI is a 5-week cohort that involves construction career coaching and prepares candidates to apply and enter into pre-apprenticeships. Participants will meet pre-apprenticeship partners from the community, and learn about the construction industry. They will also obtain assistance with resumes, interviewing, career exploration and job search assistance.
