We’re hiring a Front Desk Coordinator who will serve as the critical first person that our employees, customers and vendors interact with every day. This position will report to Jama’s Workplace Experience Manager.

 

What you’ll get to do

Assisting with the daily operations of the office including managing supply inventory, event set-up, and directing vendors
Greeting visitors, announcing them to the appropriate person, and ensuring all visitors check in and out using Jama’s security badge system
Maintaining the tidiness of all public areas of the office throughout the day (reception/waiting, library, board rooms, restrooms, kitchens, etc)
Managing incoming phone calls and forwarding or taking messages as appropriate
Managing incoming and outgoing mail and other deliveries.
Assist the HR team and other department with administrative tasks
Handle special projects and other duties as assigned

 

What We’re Looking For

2+ years’ experience in office and administrative support roles
Relevant degree program or certification coursework is a plus
Enthusiasm, warmth, and a genuine desire to deliver a superior customer experience. You set the best first impression for our customers, prospective employees, and vendors.
Proven experience prioritizing multiple tasks and stakeholders
Strong attention to detail
Experience with Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Problem solving, documentation, and research skills
Experience supporting a diverse employee base in remote and international business environments
