Under minimal supervision, the Senior Construction Diversity Coordinator plans, coordinates, and promotes Prosper Portland’s Business and Workforce Equity policy and procedures to achieve more equitable outcomes in Prosper Portland’s real estate projects. Develops internal and external partnerships and leads training and implementation to maximize participation of women and people of color in all aspects of Prosper Portland-sponsored real estate development and construction. Applies expertise and innovative ideas to improve policy, performance and implementation. Reports agency performance to internal and external stakeholders. Develops and coordinates Prosper Portland business development programs to increase connections and opportunities for emerging prime contractors.
$80,784 – $106,377 annually
