Reed College

The Administrative Coordinator provides excellent service to the Reed community customers and co-workers in a courteous manner. This position supports the facilities services department and is responsible for managing the key and vehicle programs.

The Administrative Coordinator performs intermediate-level, detailed and technical clerical duties with a strong interest in developing knowledge of facilities service operations on a college campus. This position reports to the Facilities Office Manager.

This is a non-exempt, hourly position working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. The pay for this position is $19.32/hour. The expected start date is May 13, 2019. Reed College offers an exceptional benefits package.
