If you ask any of our information services employees what the best part of their job is, chances are you’ll get some form of “I get to solve complicated problems.” As the new business and software solutions supervisor, you will have no shortage of problems to solve.

You’ll lead a cross functional team that will provide software solutions to SAIF’s customers and employees, with an initial focus on supporting our HR and finance business partners. You’ll manage a team of business analysts, software development engineers, and software quality engineers to create and maintain software solutions. You will also join our leadership team to ensure our group is focused on the right priorities, is sharing expertise, and using resources to meet our goals.

You’ll need experience in delivering software solutions in a corporate environment and strong leadership skills with a background in project management, software development, business analysis, or quality assurance.
