SE Works, Inc.

SE Works is a non profit workforce development agency located in SE Portland. We are seeking an individual who wants to apply their data skills to work in moving the needle on poverty. This position will be responsible for inspecting, cleaning, transforming, and modeling data with the goal of discovering useful information, suggesting conclusions, and decision-making for program development, agency direction and proposal development. In addition the person will be responsible for overseeing data systems and training on program compliance as it relates to program standards and reviewing program files for compliance. Develops monthly reports and quarterly reports. Ensures compliance in file management through complete and random file audits.


Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or other related field

Minimum three years’ experience working with reporting and databases

Experience with standards and procedures

Experience with program compliance work is a bonus

Knowledge of Excel, Access

Strong analytical capabilities

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Strong oral presentation skills

Calm and organized approach to work and deadlines

Strong problem-solving and group work leadership skills

Ability to interact with people of all ages, styles and cultural backgrounds

Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

Excellent computer software skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Muss pass a background check and Drivers Insurance check.
