The Job:

As the Digital Marketing Specialist at Simple, you will implement, manage, and test a variety of advertising initiatives spanning PPC/paid search, social media marketing, display, affiliate, and mobile app marketing. You will collaborate closely with analytics, product, engineering and other teams across Simple to constantly improve how we communicate with prospective customers and acquire new accounts.

What You’ll Do All Day:

Build, optimize, and scale effective marketing campaigns to deliver on CPA, CPD, and deposit volume goals
Identify and test new and innovative growth opportunities
Manage performance metrics and budget tracking while ensuring learnings are shared and integrated into team’s workflow
Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing
Collaborate with designers to develop compelling ad creative that will resonate with prospective customers
Stay on top of digital marketing industry trends and best practices in direct response marketing
We’d Like To See:

3-5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience in optimizing paid search, social, and display
Experience managing budgets exceeding $10 million
Financial Service industry experience preferred
Deep knowledge and understanding of ad platforms (Google Ads, Bing, DV360, DoubleClick Campaign Manager, Facebook, Twitter, DSPs, etc.)
Experience in tactics such as direct-response broadmarket, remarketing, and app promotion
Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, etc.)
Must be detail-oriented, analytical, and results-driven
Agile and able to adapt quickly, operating in a high growth business
A love of thinking outside the box and developing creative/innovative solutions
