The purpose of the Travel Portland IT Support Specialist is to respond to and resolve incoming technical IT help requests from staff over the phone, through email and in-person. This assistance is primarily related to investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware issues so that staff and other stakeholders are able to utilize Travel Portland’s technology productively and efficiently in order to minimize business disruption. The IT Support Specialist will also provide user-level routine training for IT-related topics like software applications and use of work station hardware like printers, cell-phones, computers, etc. To apply for this position visit www.travelportland.com.
