Celebrate the holidays with the Urban League Young Professionals of Portland’s annual “All Black Affair“.
There will be complimentary h’ordeuvres, live DJ and no-host bar all night long. We are offering a VIP hour from 7:30 – 8:30 PM and then General Admission from 8:30 PM – 12:00 AM.
