The Urban League of Portland is seeking bids from qualified proposers to provide us with Human Resources consulting services through the end of 2021. Qualified proposals will demonstrate their ability to help the League ensure the efficient operation of its mission, have well-trained staff who feel empowered to achieve their professional goals and allow leadership team to spend less time on personnel duties and more time on program development and strategic leadership. Bidders should show an understanding of our mission, a connection to our community, and skills focused retaining and attracting skilled professionals in the human service and civil rights sectors.
