The Urban League of Portland is seeking proposals from qualified Managed IT Services providers to serve as our long-term technology partner. We're looking for more than a vendor — we want a partner invested in our mission and ready to grow with us.
This RFP covers the full scope of IT services that power our work across eight Portland-area sites and approximately 140 staff: managed helpdesk support, cybersecurity, backup and disaster recovery, Microsoft 365 administration, virtual CISO advisory, and IT policy development.
We're in an active period of organizational growth, and the right partner will bring a proactive, strategic mindset — helping us plan ahead, strengthen our security posture, and build technology infrastructure that scales efficiently alongside our programs.
