The Urban League of Portland is proud to share that we have received the OHCS Capacity Building Grant 2025, a critical investment that strengthens our Affordable Housing Program and expands our ability to serve Black communities across Oregon.
Joice A. Taylor Building Opens in NE Portland
The Joice A. Taylor Grand Opening celebrates the completion of a new 22-unit affordable housing development in Northeast Portland. Located at 30 NE Fremont Street, the building includes a mix of 15 studio, 4 two-bedroom, and 3 three-bedroom units.
