State of Black Oregon is a community-centered report that promotes awareness of issues affecting Black communities in Oregon, focusing on civil rights, justice, and equity for Black Oregonians. By bringing together data, photography, lived experiences, and policy advocacy, the report paints a vivid picture of the realities of Black folks across Oregon. State of Black Oregon acts as both a love letter to our resilient Black community and a tool for action, helping community leaders and policymakers make informed decisions to support Black Oregonians.
